The company was established in 1961, located in High & New Development District Changzhi City, Shanxi P.R. There are 27300 square meters and 210 employees, of which professional technicians are 52. Its main activities are making Auto Semi-Axis. The company is the main supplier of OEM to the vehicle groups and some exporters in China. The assets amounts to 32 million, of which fix asset to 18 million and 220 manufacturing equipments.
The company has a capacity for self-developing, researching and producing Semi-axis of all kinds of vehicles, especially to rear Semi-axis of heavy vehicles. The company owns researching technicians, producing technology, technical machine and processing equipment. New techniques have been introduced into the company from Japan ISUZU and USA ROOKWELL. New products have already been developed, such as semi-axis of ISUZU series, Meritor heavy truck and Sitaier series of SINOTRUK. So the company also made long-term good relationship with some large vehicle producers.
The Semi-axis of heavy vehicles made by the company was awarded “New keystone product of state” by The Ministry of Science and technology and other four ministries in 2004. The project of “ The Semi-axis of heavy vehicles” was titled “ Torch plan of state in 2005”. In 2010 the company has cooperating with the China heavy duty truck, synchronous development Semi-axis of eight kinds of MAN series light, medium and heavy-duty vehicle. With the development of China heavy truck MAN series models, the products have achieve batch supply and exported. The new developed Semi-axiss to VOLVO, MARK, MAN, SCANIA and so on, more than twenty types, have been exported in the international market since 2004. The company has been dealing with some new overseas clients since 2006 and has the capacity to produce according to the drawing or sample of kinds of vehicles. The products exported have counted to more than seventy types to Thailand, Canada etc.
The company owns forging IF diathermy machine、Swing roller forging machine、NC IF quenching machine and some key equipments. The advanced level of product line has been built and annual yield amounts to 300 thousand. The main products of the company are Japan ISUZU-F series, ISUZU-N series, Dongfeng series, Jiefang series, Meritor heavy truck and other more than twenty series, more than forty types. The company also supplies to Qingling Vehicle company of China and Japan Joint venture, DFMC, FAW, SINOTRUK, Faw-hongta. The products exported are made according to the ArvinMeritor469 arts criterion of USA. The key technical indexes have surpassed trade standard and been in the leading level. The products were titled as High grade product of Shanxi Province, Name brand product of Shanxi Province and Excellent new product Award of Shanxi Province and New keystone product of state Award.
